EXERSISE.
Today, I did a killer 35 min workout at the gym. I started my new program today, which was INSANE, Clint at Cooloola Fitness pretty much murdered me! Have you ever done level 15 on the stationary bikes, or level 10 on the crosstrainer?? OW! I also walked to and from the gym, which probably took about 10 mins each way. Plus about 200 sit-ups so far, and two 10 min ab exersise vids. Feeling good!!
DIET
I had a smoothie for brekky, a breadroll with ham and salad and a coffee for lunch, and will be having chicken and veges for dinner. It doesn’t sound like much, but I feel totally full and satisfied. I will have definitely burned more than I ate today! YAYS
WEIGHTLOSS TO DATE
Started weighing myself yesterday, and had lost 0.5kgs since yesterdays weigh-in. Pretty impressive! Hope tomorrow is just as good!
