Can't sleep again due to the itching and weeping from the back sites. Woke up at 4am. Not feeling too hungry.
Breakfast (at 5am): milk, wheat biscuits, goji, cinnamon, banana, seeds
Skin is itchy again especially eyebrows and scalp. Reaction to milk or wheat?

Skin is not as itchy as yesterday but slightly inflammed. Infected sites are better now from fobancort.
Breakfast: wheat bread w/ pineapple jam, kaya (coconut & eggs jam); goji berries, wheat crackers, banana, almonds
Lunch: pork dumplings, lai meen (wheat noodles) w/ pork chop
Tea: cendol (ice, coconut milk, kidney beans), goji berries, sour plum
Had a light workout.

Skin is a bit dry especially on back since I can't apply moisturizer there. Haven't had food for 11 hours. Hungry but bearable.
Breakfast: jam tarts, macadamians, walnuts, almonds, peanuts, peanut cookie, chocolate cookies

Condition: cold, uncomfortable night. Sleep interrupted by itching. A bit of inflammation on thighs and lower back. Sites on arms are dry and inflammed.
Breakfast: brown rice porridge w/ roasted red dates, goji berries, flax, sesame seeds; crackers, papaya, bread

Condition: skin is quite dry. Had another uncomfortable, cold night. Applied fobancort to weeping sites. Ankle site started weeping again. Also applied general urea to thighs and an aloe vera cream to lower legs.
Breakfast: milk, coffee, cinnamon, banana, papaya, mixed cereal, weetbix, flax; crackers w/ margarine
Lunch: bread, milo & coffee

Condition: not better than last night. Weeping sites still weeping. Some dry, itchy sites on legs and arms. Applied fobancort to weeping sites on legs.
Breakfast: USANA Multivitamin, mixed cereal & weetbix w/ milk, banana, coffee, cinnamon, fig, prunes; crackers w/ margarine, butter
Comment: felt so good after breakfast. Might be the calories or caffeine.

Condition: heavy fatigue and strong hunger pangs. Feeling quite faint. Start of the day with some stress: lots of faxing to do. Groin area a bit itchy.
Breakfast: USANA Multivitamin, rice biscuits, banana sandwich, coffee & tea.
Comment: feeling better with dose of caffeine.

Condition: not too bad since no cream applied.
Comment: some good rest and last night's simple dinner probably helped with the skin condition. Also, the dinner ingredients were 'cooling' i.e. wheat, banana, fruit, gwai lin ko. I don't think gwai lin ko has a major effect but gonna try it for a while; maybe it's a long-term thing.
Breakfast: USANA Multivitamin, a dried fig, thosai & dhal, ginger tea
Comment: my back sites were itchy after eating the fig. Sleepy after the thosai. Site of arm looks a bit inflammed. Dunno whether because of the thosai curries or because of calorie deficiency.
Lunch: bread, milo, ikan bilis snack, banana, tau sar peah

Condition: better after rest. Thigh sites are itchy. Applied some urea. Back (trapezoid area) is damn itchy.
Comment: peanuts (esp. peanut butter) doesn't seem to cause my flare ups per se although they seem more intense when triggered e.g. by stress.
Breakfast: kaya toast w/ lots of butter, peanut brittle, peanut butter + nestum.
After heavy breakfast, sites seems better: arms sites red but less inflammed.

Condition: generally ok. Back sites are painful. Some bumps appeared on back of left leg. Lower back is dry. Woke up late so early stress.
Possible triggers: stress, yesterday's exercises, milo, teh tarik. The fish dish didn't seem to help.

Condition: Sites on upper body still itchy esp. site on left arm. It is a bit inflamed. Site at lower back is a bit dry.
Applied general urea to dry sites.
Bread: same recipe + butter + coffee - olive oil -candied longan
Breakfast: Usama multi-vite, banana muffin, slice of bread
