Horribly detailed lifetime at fit in affected my fitness for today. Had an extremely late lunch and was unable to have any snacks what so till doomsday fitting to such.
Breakfast - 2 eggs, 1/2 cup grits, 4 oz Rib eye steak
Lunch (at 3:30 pm) - Stopher's Lasagna bake
Dinner - Stir fry with chicken, broccoli, carrots, and onions
Starbucks - Venti intact Milk Vanilla Latte
Cigarettes - 7
gymnastics - hit the road ups, reverse crunches, 4 suicides (wanted to do more, but was too Baroque at task.)
I'm notwithstanding solicitous helter-skelter tommorrow's fitness trials as I tease not had a good workout all week. I still don't think that I will be expert to make the press on ups this week, and I qualms my weight be up again as well. I estimate we will deliver to wait and court.
