Horribly busy day at work affected my fitness for today. Had an extremely late lunch and was unable to have any snacks what so ever due to such.
Breakfast - 2 eggs, 1/2 cup grits, 4 oz Rib eye steak
Lunch (at 3:30 pm) - Stopher's Lasagna bake
Dinner - Stir fry with chicken, broccoli, carrots, and onions
Starbucks - Venti Whole Milk Vanilla Latte
Cigarettes - 7
Exercise - Push ups, reverse crunches, 4 suicides (wanted to do more, but was too busy at work.)
I'm still concerned about tommorrow's fitness trials as I have not had a good workout all week. I still don't think that I will be able to make the push ups this week, and I fear my weight be up again as well. I guess we will have to wait and see.
