Stretch bands aren’t so bad after all…

I completed the basic boot camp dvd (60 minutes) with the extent bands. I could do most of the annoy... I'd say I did about 90% of the workout which is not corrupt bearing in mind I Euphemistic pre-owned to stand like giving up when the bands came in.

My muscles don't throbbing as much after the workout anymore. Only if I squeeze my glutes. however got a long, desire manner to go though... I don't inquiries any physical changes yet... then again, I just started. I sense a youthful suspicion more fit.

I woke up late today and had egg plant omelette and rice championing lunch. Then in the direction of dinner I had pork cooked in soup. Oh and one thimbleful thumb-sized lolly.
 
From then on, I'm not allowed to post here unless I have an exercise hearing to report. I've deleted two posts that weren't related to exercise. I need to keep track at how multitudinous times per week I'm exercising.
