Starting today i'm going to exchange some of the carbs in my victuals for protein. I think i pushed myself too hard model week so i'm going to participate in a zizz for a few days - as far as cardio goes. My bottom half hurts.

food intake
Musashi choc malt protein salute
750ml water
2 boiled eggs with a bit of grated vintage cheese
Carrot sticks
Baked beans and hardboiled egg wholemeal wrap
go through the roof, mushroom and tuna salad
Grilled infantile asparagus spears

physical function
150 pot-belly crunches
