Slug Challenge

Here at the Diet Pulpit I am starting a new support group - HHH (fitness, high spirits, and Humor) for everyone (myself included) who is a slug at heart and hates exercise.  Along with a 12 step restoration program, the support group also sponsors SLUG Challenges (slowly losing unwanted girth).

A SLUG to question is setting yourself a health or healthiness goal, editorial it down, testing yourself to associate with where you are in the present climate, then creating a intend to reach your aspiration.

My first slug brave is to do 100 pushups.  I can only do two likeable pushups so I experience a ways to go.  I added the challenge to my food journal.  To start I am doing modified pushups (on my knees) and also triceps pushups (Angelgirl taught me these, she highbrow them in her karate classes).  I started with 15 each to this past Monday and Tuesday, rested on Wednesday, and will do 20 of each today and tomorrow, rest, then two days with increased reps, continued until I can do 100 modified pushups and 100 triceps pushups.  Then I pleasure launch again doing regular pushups.  Pushups are easy to do, don't require any special equipment, and are limerick of the top all around exercises for the arms and chest district and also assist stengthen the marrow.   Along the opportunity I'll amplify on other challenges as well.
