I weighed myself today and my scales approximately I'm 67. in spite of that I'm a portion weary here these bloody scales... I regard as they're a bit inaccurate. So I'm gonna tote up 1 kg.
Anyhow I haven't eaten much as of late... ate a a mass of unstarched boiled eggs. I at the last moment learned how to cook them perfectly... they're a joy to dine.
Today I had to cook another salver of baked cheesy-potato. inhibit, why does everyone all about me predilection momentous-colesterol foods and I'm the at one having trouble with my persuasiveness? To be honest, I in fact don't like fatty nourishment. I love sweets, but not fat, oily stuff. I don't like fish and chips, I don't like most fried things (besides fried chicken and calamari) and I'm not too about of pizza. But I dine these things all the on one occasion cuz it's the only food at one's fingertips.
I had to go to a meeting tonight (this investing place with quiet and co.), and she asked me to bake the cheesy potatoes. Everyone else brought stinky filo food that I oh-so-detest. (pinaksiw, fish kare kare, salmon with ginger... wtf is this passion with ginger and vinegar??) I was about to partake of a go at the salad until I smelt the dressing... =____=;; right-minded not my taste I surmise. The one things I ate were chinese decide-away fried rice, salted dried fish and my cheesy potatoes. Then lots of fruit and coke to vote in as me satiated. I would have eaten shrimps but it's sooo messy to peel... I couldn't be stuffed.
Anyhow, I didn't arrange much time to do drill but I did about 20 minutes of the greatest boot encamp DVD up until they got to the stretch bands. It's high-endurance stuff! but I could alleviate do it. I in all probability wouldn't form throughout the stretch bands bit though.
