Well, I weighed in this morning and was 252, PMS weight.  As I came down the stairs, my knees and hips hurt. A 40 something woman shouldn't feel like this, so I berate myself and determine to follow my set goals today. For breakfast I commitment secure a protein wee deoch an doris.
