Oprah's trainer came up with a record of six foodstuffs/drink types to avoid in sorority to lose out weight/be in good or wasted whatever the kids are vocation it these days... Ummm, like we didn't already know what they are... but here goes anyways:

  1. Soft Drinks (and if you beget to demand joke, like me, a diet kind is ok... wow Mr. Bob Greene... I not in a million years knew that)
  2. Foods with Transfat (margarine/shortening oil) - crackers, coagulate mixes, chips, candy and frozen meals
  3. Fried Foods (another thing I didn't identify was corrupt for the subsistence..)
  4. White Bread
  5. Regular Pasta (don't objective stop eating it... eating in small portions.. or something like that!)
  6. drunk Fat Dairy - cheese, exploit, yogurt, ice cream, lash cream. So I estimate skim and low fat it is!!

Ummm...... how original... !!!
